Agency (formerly Party with a Purpose)
Thank you for making Agency 2012 a huge success!
Seven hundred young professionals partied for the health of it at Agency on July 14, 2012. Agency attendees contributed $20,000 for Health Alliance International's “Mobile Moms” program which will provide educational health text messages to thousands of new and expecting moms in Timor-Leste. Attendees learned about WGHA members’ programs and could sign up to “Continue the Conversation” to suggest solutions for real global health problems faced by WGHA organizations.
"Contributions from Agency to HAI’s Mobile Moms project help to make it possible for us to continue our mission of universal access to quality health care. We thank Agency, not only for their generosity, but also for engaging young people about global health. The party is a truly creative way to begin conversations with youth to become more aware of the problems and be part of the solutions,” Dr. Stephen Gloyd, Executive Director, Health Alliance International.
