Program Associate
Kristen Eddings is a program associate at the Washington Global Health Alliance where she is responsible for outreach, events and special projects. She manages WGHA’s community partnership with the Seattle Sounders FC and co-founded WGHA’s Party with a Purpose which inspires young people to get involved in global health. Over two years the Party with a Purpose, advised by young professional volunteers in the public and private sector, has educated 1,650 attendees and raised nearly $50,000 for Washington-based global health organizations. She received a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Seattle Pacific University. She serves on the University of Washington’s Global Health Resource Center’s Advisory Board.
