Krista Dalton is a client development director in Nasdaq’s Northwest region where she is responsible for advising companies on investor relations, market mechanics and corporate governance. She also cultivates relationships with key listing decision influencers including venture capitalists, private equity investors, investment bankers, accountants and securities attorneys.
Krista’s 20+ year career encompasses marketing, business development and relationship management with PwC, Ernst & Young, and an NYSE Specialist Firm. She has been involved with the life sciences sector since 1994 when Nasdaq transferred her from New York City to California to help expand their Silicon Valley presence.
Krista is a member of Seattle Rotary Club #4 and holds a double MBA from Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Her BA in English Literature is from the University of Delaware.
