Description: The conversation will include how to define your customers, understand their unmet needs, and build a business model for medical devices, drugs, diagnostics, and digital health products.

Health care is quite a complex sector with multiple customer groups to consider. After all, the payer, user, and ultimately the beneficiary of the product may not be the same stakeholders. However, the complexity of the sector allows for business models where some of these customers can also be partners. We will discuss methods to identify who your most important customer groups/segments are and how to build a business model that can address various customers’ needs.
