Q&A roundtable discussions are conducted by members of the community to provide opportunities for a small group discussion with subject matter experts.
There are 10 seats at the table for the 90-minute discussion.

Join Vanessa Laughlin MBA, founder of Banister Advisors, for a discussion about mental health for seriously ill patients and the community during a pandemic.
Vanessa leads Banister Advisors, LLC, a Lifespan Navigation™ services firm headquartered in Seattle, WA, serving clients in Pacific Northwest, across the United States and around the world.
The inspiration behind the launch of Banister was her own personal journey of her family navigating the complexities of her father-in-law’s cancer diagnosis, intensive 18-month treatment journey, and his death due to complications of the disease in 2016.
Vanessa’s nearly 20 year professional career spans a variety of functional areas, including strategy development, implementation planning, business process improvement, product marketing, technology implementations, organizational design, and change management. She has thrived in roles at Starbucks corporate managing various business platforms and Camber Collective where she led a position in global health and development strategy consulting.
She holds an MBA with distinction from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and a BA in Economics from Tufts University. She lives in Seattle along with her husband, two young sons, and beloved chocolate lab.
