Digital Strategy for Impact-driven Organizations
June 29, 2018 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Technology is regularly perceived as a silver bullet for marketing or management issues but frequently ends up being complicated, confusing and more work than expected. This is often caused by putting the cart before the horse – choosing a solution before doing the necessary due diligence to establish a clear strategy that informs the solution based on goals and constraints.
This workshop provides a framework for working through hard questions upfront that will save pain later, help make the right technology decisions, and assess the ongoing commitment to success and growth. This workshop will provide actual examples from Cascade Bicycle Club’s recent digital strategy to engage e-bicyclists.
Use this workshop to work through challenges your organization is facing and craft a digital strategy that will address your organization’s core needs and maximize your impact for the long term.
What you will get out of the workshop:
- Approach for digital strategy decision-making
- Insights and advice on working through a specific challenge within your organization
- Worksheet to kick off your next project and bring back to your team
