Administrator & Operations Coordinator

Provides vital administrative and team support to implement Cambia Grove’s mission and activities. Supports all people and functions and brings the Cambia Grove to life by supporting multiple functions within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to adapt quickly, execute rapidly and manage through change.

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to drive for results.

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications:  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce tools and A/V equipment.

  • Demonstrated ability to make sound independent decisions and use own initiative.

  • Demonstrated excellent business and grammar skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage own work while responding quickly and effectively when faced with multiple competing priorities.
