Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Development oversees all private donor income for the organization and external brand communications. The position builds long-term private income growth strategies across a diversified supporter base comprised of individual donors, corporations, and foundations. This position leads a team that effectively and creatively translates the calling and work of Medical Teams and builds communities of supporters and donors who fund our work. This role must motivate and inspire a large team, run efficient systems and processes, and be the primary and influential relationship owner for some of the largest and most strategic donors. This position maintains a productive relationship with the Board of Directors Marketing and Development Committee and is a member of the Executive Team.
