Jennifer Eslava

Jennifer Eslava is the Controller for the Washington region of Kaiser Permanente. Her primary objective is the delivery of accurate, timely and reliable financial information for the Washington region. This includes responsibility and oversight for the accounting and financial reporting functions, internal control environment, and financial and regulatory audits and examinations.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente in 2017, Jennifer was a director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Risk Assurance practice, focusing on internal audit and compliance services for health care organizations. Jennifer has dedicated her career to healthcare and/or not-for-profit organizations for over 19 years.

Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Washington, Tacoma and her master’s in business administration with a concentration in Leadership Formation from Seattle University.
